Shameless self-plug: The Spring 2025 issue of Broadband Library is now available (both print and online). My article in this issue is titled “What is … ?” and discusses a new series of technical monographs being created by SCTE’s Network Operations Subcommittee Working Group 1. Each technical monograph provides a high-level overview of a given technical topic. To date, seven technical monographs have been published on SCTE’s standards download page, and more are in the works.
